In Finland there is one type of vocational secondary school and two types of higher education institutions: universities and universities of applied sciences (UAS).
Study programs in English are offered at Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral levels.
As of 2017, studying in English at Finnish universities is fee-based, but Finland has an incentive system for receiving study grants. Simply put, students who study well get back half to full tuition fees.
